well i am down to one day to thanksiging break. and boy am i counting down the minutes. i am in desperate need of break. i just need some good solid break time to do laundry clean the house cook dinner edit pictures create some christmas cards and relax. ugh relax. the joys of that word. these past few weeks have been really good tho. the kids have been excellent even though they know a break is right around the corner.
i am definatly ready for my own classroom. i have loved all of my student teaching experiences but i am looking forward to my own space and my own ideas and my own organization. for those of you that say a little prayer...lets all pray a job comes availble within the next 6-8 months that i would be qualified for. not only am i lookign forward to call it my own im looking forward to and needing desperatly a pay check....its been a struggle to say the least. but we are pushing through. extra spending money would be nice.
we have saved up a little cash and were able to go see the dallas cowboys this past sunday. it was a lot of fun. martin has never gone so he was super excited, ive been once before when we performed at half time. it was perfect weather and also a great game to watch! hopefully we will be able to go at least once when the new stadium opens up. we will have to keep our fingers crossed.
graduation is right around the corner and i am so excited. even though it means its now on to subbing which i am not looking forward to but hopefully this school that i am at now will keep me busy enough so i dont have to travel to other schools that i am unfamiliar with. the week before graduation i am hoping to take a pass my PPR and GenEd test and get those out of the way. Hopefully after that all I will need is my diploma.
Well keep me in mind during your holiday season for pictures, or cards!!! It's easy and fast to order so for all of your procrastinators....im yours!!!!
