i hate those dogs....

i'll just start out by saying...we are ready to move.

our lease is up as of Aug. 1st. (yes we can pay month to month) but, we have completely run out of room in the house we are in now. we started the search about 3 weeks ago. it seems that rent houses are going up everytime someone moves out of them. we found the perfect apartments (even tho they were a bit pricy) with 2 car garage, but they probably won't have openings for another 18 years. we have needs, martin needs a home for his car, we have a dog, and we need storage, and REALLy prefer a dishwasher, even tho we can live without, and also north side is not an option. these limiting factors are keeping us in the current house for a lot longer im afraid.

not only is this house small, the bathtub leaks, there are no counters in the bathrooms, the kitchen has hardly any room for food preperation, no dishwasher, the dogs next door are beyond out of control, its old so the closets are so tiny, and did i mention the dogs. we are ready to move.

ideally another home to rent would be great but they just seem like they are climbing out of our price range. we are on a waiting list for some apartments but just still haven't heard anything. surprisingly the apts have more square footage, a ton more storage and a big kitchen. we would have to alter a few things to meet the needs of Tobin, but he seems to prefer inside on his bed and sleep all day, so i'm sure he wouldn't mind at all to be in an apt. martin's issue tho is his car's safety.

i think God is trying to teach my patience with all of this, cause I know i have hardly any when it comes to things like this. It's just hard to wait, but I think i am learning and growing, i hope.
